Explore Senior Session Options
Your senior session fee is your Advance Credit — it reserves your appointment date, secures your time slot, and gives you access to the senior portrait experience based on the session type you choose.
Each senior session includes a specific number of available scenes/backgrounds. The more advanced the session, the more variety you will have during your portrait experience.
This is not an extra fee or separate charge. The full amount you pay as your session fee is applied as a credit toward your final image, print, or package purchase after your gallery is released.
Below, you can review the four available senior session options and choose the one that best fits the style, variety, and experience you want for your senior portraits.
What is a Portrait Session?
Your portrait session is your time in front of the camera. We offer four session levels, so whether you need one quick scene or a full in-studio experience, there’s an option that fits your needs.
A scene is the portrait setup or background used for your images. With multiple in-studio scenes and 2–3 scene options available during the road shows at the school, we’ll help capture a senior portrait experience that feels personal, polished, and true to you.

This session is for yearbook requirements only and includes the required formal portrait and cap & gown portrait for school/yearbook submission. This session does not include gallery access, previews, prints, digital images, or package ordering.

Your senior portraits should feel like you. Choose from a variety of professional studio and road show scenes designed to match different styles, personalities, and preferences. Whether you want something clean and classic, bold and creative, or relaxed and polished, there’s a scene that helps tell your story.
All road show scenes are also available at the studio, giving you flexibility no matter which location you choose. Both options are conveniently designed to accommodate your schedule while still giving you a professional senior portrait experience.

Frequently Asked Questions
Once booking is active, we will share updates through multiple communication channels to make sure students and parents are informed. This may include announcements from the school, school posters, mailed flyers, QR codes, email and text communication, and updates on IQue Media Group’s website and social media pages.
Families will be able to use the provided booking link or QR code to view available dates, choose a session option, select their location, and reserve their senior portrait appointment.
Once booking is open, you will click Start Booking from the website. From there, you will be guided through the scheduling process, where you may be able to choose:
- Your session type
- Your appointment date and time
- Your session location, if multiple locations are available
- Your available scenes or session options
- Your session fee / AdvancePay credit
After completing the scheduling process, you will receive confirmation details for your appointment.
Yes. Both studio sessions and school roadshow sessions will be available.
Once roadshow dates are confirmed with the school, we will announce both the available studio appointment dates and the scheduled roadshow dates. A school roadshow is a scheduled portrait day held on campus, giving students a convenient option to be photographed at school without traveling to the studio.
Studio sessions will also be available for families who want additional flexibility, more scene options, or a more complete senior portrait experience.
Your session fee is an Advance Credit that reserves your senior portrait appointment and is applied toward your final photo purchase.
This means the session fee is not an additional charge on top of your order. Instead, the full amount you pay up front becomes a credit in your PhotoDay account. After your portrait session is complete and your images are uploaded to your private online gallery, you’ll be able to use that credit toward digital downloads, prints, packages, specialty products, or other available photo items.
For example, if you choose a $100 session and later select a $195 package, your $100 credit would be applied toward that package, leaving a remaining balance of $95 unless you add other items.
In short, your session fee does three things:
- Reserves your appointment time
- Confirms your senior portrait session type
- Becomes a credit toward your final photo order
AdvancePay is a flexible prepay credit through PhotoDay. Instead of choosing a package before seeing the photos, families purchase a credit first, then apply that credit toward prints, digital images, packages, or specialty products after the gallery is published.
The session fee itself does not automatically mean a specific print package is included unless stated in the selected offer. Instead, the session fee works as an Advance Credit that is applied to your final purchase after you view your images.
Prints, digital images, specialty products, and packages will be selected separately from the gallery.
“Valued at” means your session fee includes an advance credit that can be applied toward your final photo order. Depending on the session type you choose, that credit is approximately equal to the value of 1, 2, 3, or 4 digital image downloads.
This does not mean you are limited to only that number of images. After your session, you will receive access to a private online gallery where you can view your portraits and choose what you would like to purchase. Your credit can be used toward digital downloads, photo packages, prints, or other available products.
For example, if your session is valued at 2 digital downloads, that means your session fee gives you a credit worth approximately two digital images, which can be applied at checkout when placing your final order.
Yes. Once the gallery is published, parents will be able to view the photos before making final ordering decisions. You can then use your AdvancePay credit toward the images, prints, or products you want.

The exact scenes, backgrounds, and session options available to each student will depend on the selected session type.
