Finalize Your Senior Portrait Experience By now, you have already selected your senior portrait session date, time, and location. This form is the next step in finalizing your booking. Please use this form to confirm your student and parent information for our records and to ensure the information we received is accurate. Next, you will be prompted to choose your senior portrait experience by selecting your session type and preferred scene options. Once your selections are complete, you will be prompted to pay your session fee. Your session is not finalized or officially booked until your session fee, also known as your AdvancePay Credit, has been paid. This credit secures your session and will be applied toward your final photo purchase.

Please enter or confirm the appointment details provided in your session confirmation. This information may have been selected by you during scheduling, or assigned by the school if a session was not selected by June 15. Use the fields below to confirm your appointment date, appointment time, and session location so we can match your senior portrait experience to the correct scheduled session. For Session Location, please select one of the following: School Road Show— Your session will take place during the on-campus Senior Road Show. Studio — Your session will take place at the IQue Media Group studio.

Choose Session Path

Select the senior portrait session that best fits what you want for your student. Each session type includes a different number of scenes and portrait options, so please review the choices carefully before moving forward. If you only need the required yearbook portraits, choose the Yearbook Only option. This option is for students who only need to complete the school’s required formal and cap & gown portraits. If you want a full senior portrait experience with additional scenes, choose one of the senior session options. These sessions allow your student to personalize their portraits with more variety and creative scene choices.

Yearbook Only — $20

You selected the Yearbook Only option. This session is for students who only need to complete the required school yearbook portraits. The $20 Yearbook Only session fee covers the required formal/yearbook image capture only. This option does not include casual scenes, additional portrait scenes, a private gallery, or access to order images. Please choose this option only if you do not want a full senior portrait session and only need your student’s required yearbook image completed.

Full Senior Portrait Session Path

You are now viewing the Full Senior Portrait Session options. These sessions are for parents who want more than the required yearbook image and would like their senior to have additional casual portrait scenes.
Each option includes the required Yearbook Scene plus a set number of Casual Scenes. Please select the session that best matches the type of senior portrait experience you want for your student.
Please note that The Graduate and The Spotlight sessions are not available at the School Roadshow due to the number of scenes included. These sessions must be completed at the studio.
After choosing your session type, you will continue to the next step to select your preferred location, date, and time based on availability.
